Hi, I'm Tracy, a TV Production Manager working mainly in Factual Entertainment programming in the UK.  With over 15 years in production my experience covers a wide range of genres from Documentaries, Comedy, Make-Over and Game Shows through to Reality and Live programming.  I have filmed and organised shoots throughout the UK, Europe and the USA.

My particular strengths are setting up new series from the early stages through to final delivery, and I am fully conversant with all stages of production including Budgeting and Scheduling, negotiating deals with Crew, Talent, Locations and Suppliers, Contracts, Health & Safety, Compliance, and Music & Archive clearances, and am also experienced in liaising with Broadcasters Finance and Commissioning departments.
